How does the free demo quiz work?Your child completes a short sample quiz to experience the question style, feedback and rewards. The demo does not provide access to a full class or create a monthly subscription.
What is the difference between the two plans?Class Access is ₦3,000 for the first month and ₦5,000 monthly from the second month. Math All-Access is ₦7,000 for the first month and ₦10,000 monthly from the second month.
What happens after the first month?The introductory price applies to the first billing cycle. From the second month, Class Access renews at ₦5,000 monthly and Math All-Access renews at ₦10,000 monthly unless the subscription is cancelled.
Can more than one child use the same Math All-Access login?Math All-Access opens every class level, but Moodle records activity under one learner profile. When children share one login, their quiz scores, badges, activity history and progress emails are combined, so it becomes difficult to tell which child completed each activity. For clear and accurate individual reporting, we recommend a separate learner account for each child.
How will I receive my child’s progress?The parent’s email is registered on the learner account. Available progress updates and account messages are sent to that email.
What happens when a monthly payment is not completed?Access is paused after the paid period and any applicable grace period. The learner’s account and previous progress remain available for reactivation after payment resumes.
Is tutoring included?No. Tutoring is an optional additional service and is charged separately. Subscribers receive priority information when spaces become available.
Does the platform replace school?No. The platform complements school learning through structured Math practice, feedback and progress support.
