STUDY4EXCELLENCE
Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when a parent enrols a learner in a Study4Excellence programme or digital learning service.
Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. About Study4Excellence

Study4Excellence provides educational services that may include live online teaching, small-group classes, diagnostic or learning checks, Learning App practice, class replays, accountability support, parent progress updates, technology projects and other educational activities described on the relevant programme page.

2. Parent or guardian responsibility

A learner under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or authorised guardian. The parent or guardian must provide accurate learner, contact, grade, availability and enrolment information.

3. Class placement

Study4Excellence may group learners according to age, grade, learning level, subject, demand, parent availability and tutor availability. Payment does not guarantee a specific tutor or preferred class time unless expressly confirmed.

4. Timetables

Where class times are determined after enrolment, parents may be asked to complete an availability poll and should select every time that can genuinely work. If we cannot provide a suitable group within the submitted availability, the Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy will apply.

5. Payment

Programme fees must be paid using an approved Study4Excellence payment method. A place may remain unconfirmed until payment and required enrolment information have been received.

6. Attendance

Learners should attend live classes regularly and arrive on time. Where a learner misses a class, a replay may be available if recordings are included. Repeated absence may affect progress and may trigger a parent follow-up.

7. Practice

Learning App practice and other assigned activities are an important part of Study4Excellence programmes. Study4Excellence may monitor practice activity and contact families where participation is low.

8. Accountability

Accountability support may include attendance checks, practice monitoring, reminders, parent messages and follow-up. It is intended to encourage participation, but responsibility for attendance and practice remains shared by the learner and parent.

9. Class recordings and replays

Some live classes may be recorded so enrolled learners can review lessons. Learner cameras will normally remain off during recorded sessions unless different instructions are given.

A learner's first name, voice, chat contribution, poll response, whiteboard activity or classwork may appear when they participate.

Parents and learners must not record, download, reproduce, distribute, sell or publicly share Study4Excellence class recordings without written permission.

10. Learner conduct

Learners must behave respectfully towards tutors, staff and other learners. Bullying, abusive language, inappropriate content, deliberate disruption, unauthorised recording, sharing personal information or inappropriate contact are not permitted.

Serious or repeated misconduct may lead to removal from a class or programme.

11. Parent conduct

Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and raise concerns through approved support channels. Tutors should not be pressured to provide private services or personal contact details outside the Study4Excellence programme.

12. Technology requirements

Online programmes require suitable internet access and a compatible phone, tablet or computer. Study4Excellence is not responsible for interruptions caused solely by the learner's internet provider, device failure or unsupported software.

13. Third-party services

Study4Excellence may use third-party services for payments, video classes, Moodle learning activities, email, messaging and other programme functions. Those services may also have their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Intellectual property

Study4Excellence learning materials, videos, slides, questions, recordings, graphics and programme content remain the property of Study4Excellence or their respective rights holders. Enrolment grants a limited right to use them for personal educational purposes only.

15. No guaranteed academic result

Study4Excellence aims to support stronger learning and progress, but does not guarantee a particular school mark, exam result, promotion, ranking or level of improvement.

16. Programme changes

Study4Excellence may make reasonable changes to tutors, lesson order, learning materials, class groups or programme delivery where needed to maintain or improve the programme.

17. Cancellation and refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy.

18. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Study4Excellence Privacy Policy.
