How can we help?

We want parents and learners to know where to get help quickly. If you have a question about enrolment, payment, classes, Moodle access, the Learning App, replays or your child's programme, contact us at support@study4excellencetutions.com.

Enrolment and class placement

Contact us if you have paid but have not completed your child's enrolment, have not received a timetable, or need help with class placement.

Please include: parent or guardian name, learner name, learner class or grade, email used during payment, and payment reference where relevant.

Moodle and Learning App access

Contact us if your login details are not working, you cannot find your child's course, a practice activity is not opening, or a replay is unavailable.

Where possible, send a screenshot. Please do not post passwords or private learner information in a public group.

Live classes

Contact us if you cannot find the class link, your child appears to be in the wrong group, you need to report an expected absence, or you have a concern about a live lesson.

Class replays

Where replays are included, they are provided for enrolled learners and their families. They must not be copied, uploaded publicly or shared with people who are not enrolled.

Practice and accountability

Our accountability team may contact parents when a learner repeatedly misses classes or shows very little practice activity. If something is getting in the way, please tell us early so we can help your child get back on track.

Parent progress updates

Parents may receive updates about attendance, practice activity, current learning focus and next steps. If you believe an update is incorrect, contact us so we can review it.

Payments and refunds

For cancellation, refund or payment-dispute questions, please read the Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy and then email support@study4excellencetutions.com.

Privacy or child-safety concerns

If you have a concern about a learner's personal information, a recording, a tutor or learner interaction, inappropriate communication, or how information is being used, email us immediately.

Support response

We aim to acknowledge normal support requests within one business day. More complex payment, technical or safeguarding matters may require additional time to investigate.
