STUDY4EXCELLENCE
Delivery & Return Policy
How digital programme access is delivered, how class placement works, and what happens if access is missing or delayed.
Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. What we deliver

Depending on the programme purchased, Study4Excellence may provide live online classes, Moodle access, Learning App access, class replays, learning assessments, practice activities, progress updates, digital learning materials, Build With Tech sessions and accountability support.

2. Payment confirmation

After successful payment, the parent should receive confirmation through the payment provider or Study4Excellence. The parent may then be asked to complete a learner-enrolment form before full programme access can be prepared.

3. Enrolment information

Parents are responsible for completing required enrolment information accurately. Study4Excellence may be unable to create a learner account, confirm a group or provide access until required information has been received.

4. Moodle and programme access

Once enrolment details and class placement are complete, Study4Excellence will create or activate the learner's programme access. Login information is normally sent before Orientation Day or before the learner's first scheduled class.

5. Class placement

Live classes may depend on learner level, grade, programme demand, tutor availability and parent timetable availability. If Study4Excellence cannot provide a suitable group within the availability supplied by the parent, the parent may choose a full refund or transfer under the Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy.

6. Digital delivery

Digital services are considered delivered when the relevant access has been made available, for example when a learner account is activated, a class link is provided, a digital resource becomes available, a replay is published, or Learning App access is activated.

7. Live-class delivery

Live classes take place according to the timetable communicated to enrolled families. If Study4Excellence has to cancel a class, we may provide a rescheduled class, a replacement session or another reasonable learning arrangement.

8. Replays

Where included, lesson replays will be made available after recorded sessions. Replay availability may not be immediate because recordings may require processing. Replays are for enrolled learners and families and must not be redistributed.

9. Physical returns

Study4Excellence programmes are primarily digital services, so there is normally no physical item to return. If Study4Excellence later sells a physical product, separate return terms may apply to that product.

10. Digital products cannot be physically returned

Digital programme access, downloadable files, recordings and online educational services cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product. Cancellation, refund or credit requests are handled under the Refund & Dispute Resolution Policy.

11. Incorrect or missing access

If you receive the wrong course, wrong learner account, incorrect class placement or no access, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.

12. Parent responsibility

Parents should check programme information and access details before the first class and contact Study4Excellence early if login details do not work, the child has been placed in the wrong group, the timetable does not match the agreed availability, or access is missing.

13. Contact

For delivery or access problems, email support@study4excellencetutions.com. Include the learner's name, programme and email used during payment.
